The Big Three Oh!

Well...it has come and gone and I am still alive. The big 30! Seeing how most of my 20's I felt like I was still 18 or 19...I'm hoping my 30's will feel like I'm 25 or so.

Ava had a surprise party planned for me on Nov 3rd. We had about 15-20 people over for a little get together. We had a real good time. Ava did a wonderful job at pulling this all together.

These first two pictures show some of the tombstones Ava's placed in the front yard on my special day.

Family Photos

Thought I would post a couple of the recent family photos we have had taken.

The first was taken at my parents house in Caledonia, on the front of their property near an old barn. My sister, Shannon, was the photographer here. She did a great job. We have a couple shots similar to this...but I don't think Paige really cooperated on any of them.

This next one was taken while we were on vacation at the beach with some friends in October. This one turned out pretty good. As you can see, Paige got excited for this one.

Halloween 2006

Even though Paige is only 4 months old (12 lbs, 9 oz) this Halloween, she still got to dress up and enjoy the evening. We went to our church with another couple (Damon & Jana) from our Sunday School Class...they have a little boy, Cannon, who is about 7 weeks older than Paige. Our church had a big Family Fall Festival, which is really targeted for children in grades K-5...so we just strolled around and enjoyed the sights and sounds.

Here are a few pics of Paige in her bunny costume. We think she liked the outfit, because it was nice and warm and very soft.

And finally, here is a family photo from last night and a shot of Cannon in his lion costume.

Cowgirl - Yee Ha!

This past weekend, Ava got to go see Rascal Flatts in concert. So while she was in her 'country state of mind', Paige got to wear some new cowboy boots and a denim dress to church.
